I AM a perinatal therapist who specializes in working with new & expectant parents; whether this is your first child or your fourth. I use a multi-faceted approach in order to help ease suffering, increase resilience & restore balance.

YOU ARE a fully realized, worthy & whole human being who deserves specialized support during this tender season of life.

My job is to create a nurturing space for your full self to be deeply seen & held, as we jointly work to help you feel better. You are inherently in possession of everything you need already; I am simply a skilled guide who will partner with you on your path.
